What to do in an emergency until we get to you:
First things first, DON’T PANIC!
IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM – if you are having difficulties with your supply, including any meter issues, call the emergency number for your supplier found on your latest bill.
CUT OFF THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY at the distribution board if you suspect an electrical fault. These are usually found in the entrance hall, basement, kitchen or garage.
