We are recruiting for an Accounts Clerk to join our busy Finance Department. We are a Cheltenham based company specialising in Plumbing, heating and electrical installations, established in 1978, and with over 100 employees. We have developed a fantastic reputation and the successful candidate will be joining a thriving business within a very exciting and expansive period.
At least 2 years experience in working with Sage line 50.
At least 2 years experience in working on sales ledgers and purchase ledgers.
Good working knowledge of excel, outlook and office.
Raising and logging sales invoices on Sage.
Speaking with our clients in a confident telephone manner.
Processing telephone card payments.
Part time hours, 9am-1pm – 4 or 5 days per week (But must be able to work Monday’s and Friday’s and help to cover annual leave of colleagues)
Holiday to be agreed.
The successful candidate will have a 6 month period of probation.
