At SW&L we are big advocates in enrolling apprentices into the business. Apprenticeships are structured training programmes which provide individuals with an opportunity to work towards a National Vocational Qualification in the Plumbing or electrical sector. Through the apprenticeship period it is hoped that the individuals will gain the knowledge and skills to help shape their career within the industry
Employing apprentices is a clear signal that we are investing in the future of the business, we care about our staff and their career development. We have seen numerous apprentices develop into lead engineers and enjoy a thriving career with us.
We are delighted to welcome our latest apprentices and we are dedicated in supporting their journey with SW&L. We believe that this is a fantastic industry and we are a flourishing company with great aspirations. We will continue to provide enthusiastic people with a platform to achieve their goals.
